These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") govern the use of the online gaming platform operated under the brand name wbox6, accessible at https://wbox6.cam (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "Site", or "Service"). The Platform is operated by wbox6 and its affiliated entities (collectively, "wbox6", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the wbox6 Platform — including but not limited to the casino, sports betting, live dealer, arcade, and lottery products — you (the "User", "Player", or "you") confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms, that you are legally entitled to access the Service in your jurisdiction, that you meet all eligibility criteria set out herein, and that you agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into this Agreement and form part of the binding legal agreement between you and wbox6.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the wbox6 Platform, through which all gaming and financial activity is conducted.
• "Balance" means the total MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, comprising real-money deposits and any credited bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded to a Player subject to specific wagering requirements and conditions, as distinct from real-money deposits.
• "Game" or "Games" means any wagering product available on the Platform, including but not limited to casino slots, live dealer games, sports betting markets, arcade games, and lottery draws.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification — the identity and document verification process required to authenticate a Player's identity and prevent fraud and money laundering.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency on the wbox6 Platform.
• "Platform" means the wbox6 website, mobile-optimised web application, and any associated services accessible at https://wbox6.cam.
• "Player" or "User" means any natural person who has registered an Account on the wbox6 Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity by a Player that violates these Terms, applicable laws, or the fair operation of the Platform, as further described in Section 8 hereof.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum amount that must be wagered using Bonus Funds before those funds become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30x).

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on the wbox6 Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following criteria:

• Age: You must be a minimum of 21 years of age. wbox6 enforces a strict 21+ policy consistent with internationally recognised standards for responsible online gaming. Registration or use of the Platform by any person under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country or territory of residence.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be located in, or be a resident of, any jurisdiction where online gambling activities are explicitly prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your specific location. Malaysian users acknowledge that online gambling regulations in Malaysia are complex and that they access the wbox6 Platform entirely at their own risk and responsibility.
• Single Account: You may register only one Account per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method. Attempts to circumvent this limitation through the creation of multiple accounts constitute Prohibited Conduct.
• Not a wbox6 Employee: Current employees, contractors, agents, or close relatives of employees of wbox6 or its affiliated entities are not eligible to register as Players.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the wbox6 Platform's real-money features, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your legal full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you will promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate.

4.2 KYC Verification

wbox6 is obligated under its licensing framework to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification for all Accounts. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued photo identification (MyKad, passport, or driver's licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and proof of payment method ownership where relevant.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your sole responsibility. You must notify wbox6 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.

4.4 Accuracy of Information

wbox6 reserves the right to void winnings and suspend or close Accounts where it is established that a Player has provided false, misleading, or incomplete registration information. This includes the use of another person's identity, which may also constitute a criminal offence under applicable Malaysian law.

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

wbox6 supports deposits and withdrawals via a range of Malaysian payment methods, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, and direct bank transfer via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits in USDT (TRC20) and Bitcoin (BTC) are also accepted. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. wbox6 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees which are beyond our control.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Before any withdrawal can be processed, KYC verification must be complete. Most withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating conditions. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to blockchain confirmation times, typically 15–30 minutes. wbox6 reserves the right to impose a processing period of up to 3 business days in circumstances requiring additional verification.

5.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wbox6 operates in compliance with its licensing framework's anti-money laundering (AML) obligations. Players may not use the Platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity — so-called "round-tripping" or "money laundering through play" is strictly prohibited. wbox6 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation and to delay or decline withdrawal requests where AML concerns arise.

wbox6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered Players, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published at the point of offer. The following general conditions apply to all promotions:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible Players only, as defined in the specific promotion terms. wbox6 reserves the right to exclude any Player from any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement, which must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable Wagering Requirement is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may only be used on eligible Games as specified per promotion. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games or bet types may result in disqualification from the promotion.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• wbox6 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without notice, for legitimate business reasons or where misuse or abuse is suspected.
• Any Player found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the creation of multiple accounts, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other scheme — will be disqualified from all promotions and may have their Account suspended or closed.

7.1 Game Outcomes

All Games on the wbox6 Platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, conducted by licensed studio providers under supervised conditions. Game outcomes are determined by the underlying software or physical dealing process and are not influenced by prior results or any Player action outside of normal gameplay.

7.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a Game, wbox6 reserves the right to void the affected bet or wager. Where a Game result cannot be reliably confirmed due to a technical fault, the wager will be refunded to the Player's Account balance. wbox6 will not honour winnings that arise as a result of a software bug, miscalculated odds display, or manifestly incorrect payout.

7.3 Sports Betting Rules

Sports betting markets on wbox6 — covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), the UEFA Champions League, the UFC, and other events — are governed by individual sport-specific rules available within the sportsbook section of the Platform. Settlement of bets is based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. Void bets, abandoned matches, and similar events are handled in accordance with the sport-specific rules.

7.4 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits apply across all Games and markets. These limits are displayed within the relevant Game interface or market page. wbox6 reserves the right to apply individual betting limits to specific Accounts at its discretion, including in response to confirmed advantage play or arbitrage activity.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wbox6 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. wbox6 reserves the right to suspend, close, and forfeit the balance of any Account found to be engaged in Prohibited Conduct:

• Registering more than one Account per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or verification information.
• Accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal.
• Attempting to manipulate Game outcomes through software exploits, bot use, script injection, or any other automated means.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or betting markets.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Systematically exploiting bonus offers, including matched betting with bonus funds or coordinated wagering to fulfil Wagering Requirements on low-house-edge games.
• Sharing, selling, or otherwise transferring your Account to another person.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the Platform, harasses wbox6 staff, or negatively affects the experience of other Players.
• Attempting to access the Platform, another Player's Account, or wbox6's backend systems using any unauthorised means.

All content on the wbox6 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the compilation thereof — is the property of wbox6 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The wbox6 brand name, logo, and all associated trademarks are the exclusive property of wbox6 and its affiliates.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Platform without the prior written consent of wbox6.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wbox6 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, or any other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content thereon.

In no event shall the total aggregate liability of wbox6 to any Player exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Player and held in their Account at the time the relevant claim arises. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise — and regardless of whether wbox6 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

We provide a suite of tools designed to help Players manage their gambling activity, including self-imposed deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and voluntary self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to use these tools proactively.

12.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting wbox6 support. Upon receipt of a closure request, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement) will be refunded to your nominated payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by wbox6

wbox6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; provision of false registration information; or where wbox6 is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory instruction.

12.3 Balance Treatment on Closure

Where an Account is closed by wbox6 due to a breach of these Terms, wbox6 reserves the right to forfeit any and all balance held in the Account, including real-money deposits, pending withdrawals, and any bonus funds or winnings derived from Prohibited Conduct. Where Account closure is not attributable to a Player breach, verified real-money funds will be returned.

wbox6 reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in applicable law, licensing requirements, business practices, or platform functionality. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document as the "Last Updated" date.

Where we make material changes to these Terms, we will endeavour to notify affected Players by posting a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by sending a notification to the email address registered on your Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published and notified constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wbox6 holds its operating licence, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms — including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination — shall first be submitted to wbox6's internal dispute resolution process.

To initiate a formal dispute, Players must contact wbox6 support in writing at [email protected] with full details of the complaint. wbox6 will investigate and respond within ten (10) business days. If the dispute is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction through this process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant alternative dispute resolution body as designated under wbox6's licensing conditions.
